By accessing or using homegrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users including subscribers on trial and monthly plans.
About homegrid
homegrid is an AI-powered kitchen management platform that provides personalized meal planning, grocery cart preparation, and cook coordination services via WhatsApp. homegrid does not directly deliver groceries.
homegrid is operated by Shikhar Makhijani, based in Bengaluru, India.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use homegrid. By using our platform you confirm you meet these requirements.
Account & Onboarding
You are responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding
Your WhatsApp number is your primary identifier on our platform
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date
homegrid reserves the right to suspend accounts found misusing the platform
Subscription & Payments
homegrid offers a 2-week trial at ₹99 and a monthly subscription at ₹249/month
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Access to the platform continues until the end of the paid period
Service Limitations
homegrid does not guarantee product availability, delivery timelines, or pricing on on third-party platforms where carts are created
Meal plans are recommendations based on your stated preferences - final decisions remain yours
homegrid is not responsible for actions taken by your cook based on the briefings provided
Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and systems on the homegrid platform are the intellectual property of homegrid. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
