Refund Policy
Trial Plan (₹99 for 2 weeks)
The trial fee of ₹99 is non-refundable once onboarding is complete and the service has been activated
If you face a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform entirely, write to us within 48 hours of payment for a full refund
Monthly Subscription (₹249/month)
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun
If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period - no partial refunds are issued
In the event of a verified technical failure on our end lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, you will be eligible for a pro-rata credit for the affected period
Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you are entitled to a refund beyond the above policy, write to us at
hello@homegrid.in with your reason. We will review on a case-by-case basis within 7 working days.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Note: homegrid does not process payments for grocery orders placed on third-party platforms (Blinkit). Refunds for those transactions are governed by the respective platform's refund policy.
